I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Co workers are excellent. I love them all. Working on Front is my favorite. I started doing back and worked my way up to Pie Board and now I'm always on Front.

    Cons

Sometimes there are rude customers, but that just comes with the job title. And $7.25 / hr really is not worth it sometimes.

    Advice to Management

CRS really needs to stop messing with the systems. I worked Saturday, Aug. 22, 2015 and was off until Thursday, Aug. 27, 2015 and when I clocked in there were at least /4/ CRS update messages. That is just excessive and I kept hitting the wrong buttons because they moved them from where they had been the entire I've worked there - since February - and probably before I started there.

    Pros

I loved the pizza. Fun, fast paced. It was a great first job experience.

    Cons

High turnover rates. Customers would get surprisingly upset over a $5 pizza. This one customer threaten to jump over the counter and fight me.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The only advantage to working as a crew member there is that it's an easy job. Fairly standard food service tasks are easily completed. The schedule is also rather flexible.

    Cons

The management is very inefficient. So much product is wasted at the end of the night and newly-hired employees at my location are put into positions where they've received minimal training.

    Advice to Management

Please offer better training for the General Managers. Enforce stricter sanitation and quality standards and PLEASE train your crew members before putting them to work.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Very fast workplace, multi tasking is a must

    Cons

Employees not putting there all in there performance, makes difficulty to keep up.

    Advice to Management

Get crew together on the same page, push for greatness

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Not really any pros about this place

    Cons

No breaks, not given job titled applied for, extraordinarily unorganized

    Advice to Management

If you don't know how to run a business than don't. Hiring someone under false pretenses just because you get no applications is illegal. I highly recommend not applying for the position that they post for "manager" because it is a fake job offer. You will get hired only for a part time server and the manager position you applied for will not be brought up again. On top of that you will be scheduled for 9 hours without being allowed to have a break. Avoid this place at all costs.

I have been working at Little Caesar's (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Flexibility is awesome. Vacation package is great too. Management team really knows the business and how to be a successful operation.

    Cons

No benefits. 401k no match. Low pay scale. Operations are stuck in the 80s. It's hard to get the tools you need to get the job done.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It can be a fun work environment if you're working with the right people. It's a good easy starter job, if its your first job. And management is fair.

    Cons

One of the major downsides is that if the store is slow your hours WILL get cut and sometimes it will feel like you don't have a job. Only management get all the hours, especially during the slow days.

    Advice to Management

Give hours evenly and fairly. Even if its slow, if you work hard you also deserve more than three or four hour shifts.

    Pros

Its a job that pays the bills. The people I worked with were nice. This made it easier to work the crazy schedules.

    Cons

The hours sucked in order to have any type of family life. Upper management never listened to what was discussed at the meetings.

    Advice to Management

    People need one set schedule
