I worked at Little Caesar's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Good if you have a good team. They will be your best friends and get you through the busy and crazy days of your job.

    Cons

Not a great place for a long term career. From what I saw it was pretty hard to move up within the company.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

Two of my coworkers are easy to get along with and understand my situation and are very helpful

    Cons

My manager has three cashiers on duty at the same time, myself included. I only work an hour a day. It's ridiculous already. I honestly think its because I am pregnant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Only hire as much cashiers as needed. Do not schedule more than two cashiers a day. Treat everyone equally even if the are pregnant.

    I worked at Little Caesar's

    Pros

Easy to work with new hires- self taught tasks.

    Cons

Excessive unnecessary yelling during peak hours.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Management should be given tasks other than what the other team members are responsible for. Hard to tell who the manager is at time.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

You dont have to go to work everyday.Sometimes you get to eat the pizza.

    Cons

No breaks.Few Hours (Maybe 4 days in one week)
Stressful someone can order 30 pizza's and you have to make it in 1 hour while your assisting other customers. If your new to the job you will only get help like 2 days then its like your invisible and you get confused and dont know what your suppose to do.To many Managers and CoManagers you get confused. They messed up my check it took me a whole month to get it back.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take the time to welcome someone to the job and actually teach them the steps dont tell someone else to do it and then yell at the new employee becuase odf what the other person tould them to do.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

It is a fast-paced work environment. We have a small crew but we all get a long well. Management works very hard to balance work schedule with employees life schedules.

    Cons

It's just not enough pay to sustain one's life.

    Current Employee - Store Manager

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

-Pay isn't bad if you're working the salaried 50 hours max. Usually it ends up being much more than that.
-Company does give a lot to charity, and the Love Kitchen is a great thing.
    -Lots of opportunities for promotion.

    Cons

-Extremely tight labor charts, especially at lower volume stores. Difficult to run the numbers they want.
-Turnover is high. Employees beg for hours but I can't afford to have them in the store.
-Quality is expected across the board, yet lots of stores have different equipment (Some worse off than others).
-Classes take place downtown, which can be difficult for some people to make.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you want to bring people in AND keep them, you have the make the job appealing. The pay for crew and assistants is low for the job they are doing, and I can't schedule them over 30 hours. So what incentive do they have to want to stay? I try to keep the environment very light so they won't want to quit, but then I look incompetent to my supervisor and corporate. It's a lose-lose situation.
In regards to the classes comment above, why not have area specific classes? It's a lot more appealing for a future assistant/co-manager to travel to a store close to them than to go way out of their way.
