Be prepared to be held responsible for everything

I have been working at Little Caesar's

    Pros

At my place the staff was nice, I could talk to the employees there like they were a friend. But other than my co-workers nothing good

    Cons

Long boring hours on your feet, no discount of any kind. You have to deal with the franchises crazy rules.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get a discount in place, promote someone, hire a more educated staff, and be less strict about every little thing.

I worked at Little Caesar's full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I enjoyed the challenge of the speed at which you were required to work. I enjoyed training others to be successful in role.

    Cons

Company did not pay well for management positions, and no benefits were offered for management. Working 6 days a week with one day off did not contribute to a great work life balance.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

You will always have something to do. The custome alrears are often repeats so you even have their favorites already ready for them.

    Cons

The hardest thing about the job is a packed lobby and a bizarre array of orders. Everyone's so hungry before bedtime!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You should always have a ticket for every order hanging on landing and a full crew during your busy hours.

  9. My locations work environment was hostile, unorganized. This all came from the owners lack of leadership ability.

I worked at Little Caesar's full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

I have no pro's to list my experience was lack luster at best and the disrespectful treatment was uncalled for. Fear isn't the same as respect.

    Cons

Little Caesars does nothing to govern the franchise owners letting them treat employees horrabley. The owner of the Ripley, and Ravenswood WV locations has no business with a store and continues to ruin the company brand in my area.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Someone needs to do an extensive check of his ripley location, because with the amount of mold around dish area and rotten wall cover in sheet metal is completely uncalled for if that's his the moral code he follows I would hate to see what else is done.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The values of the company are admirable. You have a large amount of control, when it comes to the success of your store. Co workers are generally great.

The company cares about it's customers, and comes up with multiple programs in order to ensure a customer leaves happy.

    Cons

Upper management in my area does not share the values of the company. Most employees from crew to general managers see the company diverting its budget toward advertising and remodeling, while neglecting the fact that it's stores are understaffed.
As a result, general managers often work excessive hours, and stores struggle to keep product ready. Most complaints presented to our area supervisor fall on deaf ears and are viewed as excuses.

There have been changes in product, and in policy that are intended to reduce costs, but are extremely labor intensive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Raise the labor chart to a realistic level, or exclude the General Manager's salary from the allotted labor dollars. It will allow us to participate in additional LSM and will in turn raise the average PSA, ensure that every store can maintain a proper amount of product, reduce stress, and in turn reduce turnover. That change alone can make it a fun place to work.
