I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time

    Pros

Easy job, where you can essentially work up to management within a year's time.

    Cons

Interacting with some customers can be annoying, especially with "repeats." Also crew leaders tend to do more managing than actually assisting in the work.

    Advice to Management

Stop micromanaging the team and calling to correct a really small detail.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Occasionally allowed to eat the food. Busy days enforce teamwork. Most employees are peers. Work week is flexible around school schedule.

    Cons

Young managers give their friends better shifts and more hours than those who do the best work. Dangerous heat sources, cutting utensils and chemicals in a fast paced environment.

    Advice to Management

Any incentive program would boost production and quality. Small challenges or goals accomplished provide a purpose for employees who make a lot of money for the company but will never make much more than minimum wage themselves while working there. Low morale leads to "minimum wage = minimum effort" mentality.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great Environment Fairly easy job requirements Fair career advancement opportunities Reasonable schedules Employees are often very close and comfortable and Management works just as hard as the other employees.

    Cons

Sometimes hire outside the company for management positions, employees who started from the bottom are often overlooked for management titles.

    Advice to Management

Allow the hardworking employees to have a chance at career advancements. Be more involved in promoting within the company instead of hiring outside for management positions. Members who start from the bottom know the basics of the company already so promotions would be more effective than teaching a new person from the outside.

    Pros

Simple menu, easy to memorize. Understanding boss and employees, overall friendly people. Good first job.

    Cons

It pays minimum wage. Zero worker discounts. Won't hire you full time. Several employees come and go and not all of them are people you'd want to be working with. The work itself is very repetitive and can get tedious over time.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I loved working there cause all my coworkers were really friendly and had a good sense of humor. There was never a day i didnt want to go to work. Of course things got rough but having the team that i did, everything was manageable

    Cons

The general manager was really rude all the time and didnt care if a family member died or if you just got ran over by a car. If you didnt make it to work you were fired.

    Advice to Management

Liven up a little bit and actually care about your employees because they can make or break your company just as easily as the customers.
