    Perfect Place to work IF

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsIf your in high school or in NEED of work.Great part-time job

ConsThats all it is a part-time job LOWEST Pay the state allows at 20hrs. a week you do the math You are a cashier a cook & a janitor Do you think its worth it No adult with thier own place, bills,& kids can make it working here Pray that you never need to talk to upper managment or human resource ( you will leave a message on thier voice mail & no one will ever call back & of course they never answer the phone)

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed a better line of communication Every thing is wrong with this place You can't even talk to someone when you call human resource or upper managment You should have someone answering phone not a voice mail

    Prosflexible schedule.
    doesnt open major holidays.
    no 24/7.
    pretty chill (sometimes)

    Conscustomers can be mean.
you never get a raise unless you get promoted.
even once promoted you will never get a raise again.
it gets really hot during the summer.

    good for highschool students

Crew Member (Current Employee) Salt Lake City, UT

ProsI never had a problem taking time off for one reason or another. work is easy enough but dont expect to make to much here. i recieved a 50 cent raise after being there 3 months and because its a high turn over job its easy to get into a managment position if you are working hard

Conslow pay and upper managment really sucks, basicly the general manager stops by once a month if that makes a bunch of demands and leaves. i hated having to "shake a board" sometimes i would have to do it in a blizzard because upper managment demanded it.

Advice to Senior Managementmaybe find out how the store is actually ran before make demands. having three people stand out side doesnt bring in to many customers. most people either know they want pizza and come to the store or see the sign and think "pizza does sound good, but where can i get some pizza that is actually good?"

Great Family Career, Really Bad Pay

Area Supervisor (Former Employee) Orlando, FL

    ProsRoom to Grow
    Lots of communication
    Very flexible hours
Lots of freedom in work week

ConsTerrible Pay compared to other pizzas places
Raises every year but never more than 3% no matter how good you do
Hire people from outside making more than internal employee who's been there forever

Advice to Senior ManagementRealy with the 21st century with regards to salary. The pay is far below what an averge mean scale is for most management positions. Paying people whatthey deserve will promote longevity in the staff.

Challenging Place to Work, But Be Prepared for Drama

Assistant Manager (Former Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsGreat place to gain work experience
Good workers often recognized and rewarded
    Flexible scheduling
Laid back place to work when you're not up to your eyeballs in angry customers

ConsSketchy hiring -- Some of the people I've seen hired look as if they were picked up off the streets. Naturally, there's a high turn over rate.

Few Hours for New Hires -- Enjoy your $52 paycheck, newbie.

Part-time managers loaded down with full-time hours -- 40+ hour work weeks are to be expected. My record was 57 hours.

Benefits are a total joke -- Health and dental packages are expensive and bottom of the barrel. 401k only offered to store managers and up.

Training sucks -- Orientation consists of watching a cheaply produced series of training videos and being to told memorize a booklet full of rules and regulations.

Cliquishness - It's crew members vs. management, crew member vs. crew member, and assistant managers vs co-managers vs. store managers vs. area supervisors. You have to watch your back and be very selective about who you buddy up with, because it's a given that *someone* is going to get *someone* fired. Customers are in on the game as well -- depending on the reputation of the store you work at, the customers are more than willing to have you canned for the slightest of perceived slights. Every store has a customer hotline displayed that goes directly to the area supervisor for the express purpose of narcing on "bad" employees. One customer complaint will have him breathing down your neck in a flash.

Advice to Senior ManagementBut a stop to the cliquishness, distribute hours more evenly, hire GOOD people and RETAIN them, and SUPPORT them so that they don't crack under the stress this job comes with.
