    Pros

Was able to work with Management, were very understanding of family issues. Was able to get a better position with hard work

    Cons

The crunch of prime hours was sometimes overwhelming, but that is to be expected in the service industry. Other than that, my experiance at Little Ceasar's was great.

I worked at Little Caesar's full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

bi-weekly pay, somewhat decent people. some holidays off, you can take tips ( if you manager doesn't see) good job if you are a 16 year old teenager

    Cons

everything. favoritism everywhere, store manager not knowing what she was doing. owners were cheap, and rude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

be thorough with inspections. inspect managers and crew. managers were chewing out in store relationships when their "favorites were dating" make sure managers aren't biased and that owners are actually qualified to run a store

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time

    Pros

Perfect for entry level positions to gain experience in the work force for high schoolers especially in management, very easy to apply and promote. Fast-pace somewhat like a fast-food in that customers service isnt much of a demand but its vauled.

    Cons

Scheduling is not felxible and cooperation is not up-to-date on technology. Better pay,full-time,insurance, and vacation is not offered unless your in upper management.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I love the people I work with on a daily basis and I love making pizza. My benefits are perfect for what I need. Overall I'm very satisfied with most aspects of my employment here.

    Cons

A recent shift was made in how our schedule works with upper store management being required to work 10-11 AM shifts until 9-10 PM 5 days a week. This is obviously extremely abnormal in the food industry. We were told by upper office management this is because we in store "are not devoted or invested enough in our work. You need to stop worrying about friends and family and worry more about your paycheck."

As much as I have loved this job, this was a massive nail in the coffin.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work-Life balance is important. A disrespect to that is a disrespect to your employees.

I have been working at Little Caesar's full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Was a GREAT job for a long time, change of boss makes it unbearable to work. Very stressfull, cant focus On job duties because of so many other projects. No balance between work an personal life.

    Cons

Unreasonable expectations, unless you work 7 days a week to get everything done

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Realize that your employees, even area supervisors have lives, and family that we need to spend quality time with. Give clear direction and realistic time lines.
