    Pros

Nothing. You don't have the slightest bit of respect. They refused to even let me out of the store on my sometimes five minute breaks.

    Cons

Almost never breaks, people constantly screaming at you for things you can't control like how fast everything is made or them having to wait more than five minutes for a huge order.

    Pros

My fellow co-workers were wonderful people and as a cashier I was able to build relationship with them as well as with customers.

    Cons

At my particular store the owner did not seem to care about the employees needs. He put the bottom line above his workers.

    Pros

Fast paced so time flies. Sometimes it can calm down in the store and it can be relaxing.

    Cons

Often times it gets busy as hell. It's very hot behind the oven especially in the summer. Closing shifts suck as they're open until 12 on Fridays and Saturdays so you don't actually leave until around 1am.

    Pros

Flexible schedule. The job is also really easy.

    Cons

Terrible pay. Terrible management. Untrustworthy staff.

    Advice to Management

Work on actually listening to employees. Don't work sick employees. One guy threw up on the line, it was a disaster.

    Cons

    cheap, demanding, do not train

    Advice to Management

Don't base how much cheese you put on pizza by current cheese price in the market.

    Pros

Free pizza, relaxed environment, free uniform.

    Cons

Worked there for a week and worked my butt off, no joke. Came in next week and asked why I wasn't on the schedule. The boss fired me then and there, saying I was standing around and wasn't picking up the business quick enough. First of all they throw you on the line without any proper training. There are no benefits, it's only part time, no way to advance, and the pay is minimum. Anyway, the guy actually did me a favor because a week later I got a fulltime job paying 1.5 times more, with benefits, scheduled raises, and advancement possible. Thanks Little Caesar's!

    Advice to Management

Learn how to implement proper training. Try to give people a chance, one week is not enough time in my opinion to allow a person to get up to speed completely.
