I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I enjoyed getting comfortable talking with customers and dealing with quasi-crises. My original manager was easy going and made sure that everything was done right without any drama.

    Cons

Having a "big boss" who owned more than 10 stores created a competitive attitude. There also was no way to move up if you were a good worker, due to the fact that the "big boss" only hired his friends or relatives to managerial positions.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please check in with regional managers to make sure that they aren't just hiring friends and or relatives. (Northern California - Marysville area)

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The best thing about working there is, when the store is not busy it's very easy.

    Cons

Most of my challenges would be the management, and tough customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It's easier to keep your workers working hard if they get rewarded for an outstanding job.

I have been working at Little Caesar's

    Pros

Networking, well roundness. You would also get see how the business work from inside out. you will get a chance to meet district managers and network work with them

    Cons

hours are not guarenteed. Depending on which little caesars you worked at it can be a little unprofessional. They run out of food to make and work you hard for little pay.

I have been working at Little Caesar's part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The Pizza is awesome. It is an excellent place for a first time job seeker. Was an excellent learning experience.

    Cons

The store runs at an extremely high pace, having to many workers becomes clumsy yet running manual labor to minimum is crazy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Solid job.

I worked at Little Caesar's part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

It all depends on who you work with and your manager. If you have good people to work with you are all set to have a great time working here! Easy job but will keep you working and moving. Some down time so you can take a breather. Co workers come and go so the bad apples dont tend to stick around for too long. Excellent part time job for someone looking to make money but not a solid paycheck.

    Cons

Minimum wage. Assistant Managers dont get much more. Working with food so you will get dirty. Manager could be a make or break as with any company. Would not reccomend working your way up the ladder although the opportunity is there.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

When something breaks at a store, get it fixed. Don't just temporarily fix the problem.
