    Your crew members are your bread and butter. I suggest you treat them as such WILL NEVER WORK FOR THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

    No previous experience needed, little customer interaction (in-and-out type of place)

    Cons

    Little to no room for promotion in franchises, unless you sleep with the boss. Long hours, terrible pay.

    They sent you home early when it was slow, weekends got super busy and there was never enough staff

    Almost no proper training is done.

    Recognize work done by the workers, and provide compensation accordingly. Also, properly train workers by a MANAGER, not just any employee.

    Pros

    Flexible schedule, good job for a high school student (they will hire your friends too if you recommend them), met some cool people

    Cons

    12-14 hour shifts with no breaks once you turn 18 (laws vary by state though), low pay, no opportunity for promotion, a dead end job like most fast food places
