ProsI am no longer employed at Little Flowers, but working there was rather difficult and challenging but I managed to get through it but my persistence

ConsBoth the clients, parents and at times co-workers and service providers were difficult and at times aggressive

Advice to Senior ManagementThey need more organization and they need to improve a friendlier working atmosphere

This company's lack of qualified leadership is evident in the low morale of the employees.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)
    Hauppauge, NY

ProsTheir benefits package... especially vacation time is very ample. Some supervisors are able to treat staff in a humane way.

ConsDemoralizing, lack of respect for employees, dishonesty with staff, ineffective labor union, lack of integrity among managers, no discernible path to advance...advancement not based on education, ability or experience but on favoritism and possibly other factors relating to demographics...chaotic and stressful, extremely dis-empowering.

Advice to Senior ManagementSelect candidates with experience who meet educational requirements for management positions. Provide education for current managers without these pre-requisites with mandatory training that will give them the tools to lead effectively. This will reduce the incidences of abuse of power. Put quality controls in place for managerial staff. Identify and implement viable methods for staff to become empowered. This will improve emloyee relations, reduce employee burnout, employee turnover and anxiety.
