    Pros

set your own schedule, no commute, no office attire, good part-time job.

    Cons

compete for hours, pay structure is very low, no pay while sitting there without phone calls, should not consider this for full time employment you cannot make a living.

    Pros

Believe me, when I say there is nothing innovative about this company. The applications (except for "Engage" all looks pre-historic). LiveOps had a Glassdoor score of 2.7 before June 2014. The new CEO asked everyone to rate a score of 5 in Glassdoor to bring up the ratings. So the score of 3.7 (as of 24-April-2015) you see, is actually gamed.

    Cons

Over 60% of the engineering was fired in 2014, so that they could "outsource" everything development-related to the much "cheaper to maintain" New Zealand office. In 2014, the CEO, Sr. VP engineering, CTO, other Product VPs, pretty much everyone was either fired or was "politely" asked/forced to leave. For tech folks, this place is the worst nightmare in the Bay Area. Avoid it like a plague!

    Advice to Management

Change your CEO and upper management

    Pros

Freedom to work when you want from your own home. Not having to have an LLC, like other telecommute jobs require before getting started.

    Cons

The initial set up can be confusing. Working your way up & having more choices to work thru takes some time. Getting help isn't very easy, so you should be somewhat computer savvy to be able to figure things out on your own.

    Advice to Management

Being more accessible to get help would be very helpful. Allowing more opportunities from the get go would also be more enticing.

    Not what I expected!

Current Employee - Direct Response Agent

I have been working at LiveOps

    Pros

Make one schedule. You can see the amount of money you earn for the day after each call. I really enjoy handling inbound call.

    Cons

The call volume will definitely fluctuate constantly. When you're paid per talk- time minute you have no idea how long you have to work to earn the amount you need to survive.

    Advice to Management

Increase the pay and stop over hiring agents.
