    LiveOps is a fun place to work. They reward hard work and positively encourage teams to work towards a common goal. The change in administrative culture is going to help this company propel to success. They are socially responsible and give back to the community in many ways.

    It can require many hours but the work is well rewarded.

    Lots of great people working on lots of great products and projects. Rapid development and a great collaborative attitude.

    Cons

    Re-inventing itself from an Agent Focus, Voice Focus to a Enterprise and Multichannel focus. Takes time.

    Pros

    I get to solve plenty of challenging problems and good support from my director and team. There are good number of hackdays. The pay is pretty good!

    Cons

    As a company we support WFH, as someone who lives close to the company, I dont see my colleagues half the time. We could have breakfast on Mondays and Wednesdays too.

    We have taken the right course, which is to place the Customer first.

    Pros

    My job is challenging, every day is different, I am constantly learning new things.
    I am surrounded by very smart and interesting coworkers whom I love working with.
    I love working remotely from home. I am more productive without the commute and water cooler talks, which allows more time to get my job done and then be with my family.

    Cons

    We need more headcount, there is a never-ending amount of work to be done.
    Employees outside of Bay Area get paid less and fewer perks, frustrating for remote employees who do the same amount or more work.
    Promotions are very few and far between, hard work is rarely recognized.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    My direct manager is great. The direction from Csuite level management has been unstable since I have been with the company, but with our new CEO I am very optimistic that we are back on track!

    - Solid exec team that truly empower the staff to affect the necessary change to grow the company
    - Talented Engineering and Operations staff able to respond quickly to technical challenges
    - Flexible hours were many positions are well suited for self starters

    Cons

    - "Too Much Opportunity" translates into quite a heavy workload (not for the faint of heart)

    Pros

    Wonderful team working atmosphere. Being able to work from home is the best incentive for me. I like that the job is constantly changing and growing. It means you don't get in a rut. I am very enthusiastic about the new company values and what it may bring to my job.

    Cons

    There are not a lot of opportunities to grow with the company. Often you may never even hear that there is a position that is open until someone else is moved up.

    Pros

    What a change a month can make! I'm on my third CEO here at LiveOps, and although each of the two previous CEOs had great intentions for this company, none has brought the positive energy we've seen from Vasili so far. One gets the feeling that he actually cares what happens to LiveOps and its employees; he even spends time with the engineers, which is a big change for the better.

    We are still a technology-focused company, and the staff is populated by talented, hard-working people who care about what they are doing. We have some of the most engaged customers I have seen, and they continually help us to drive innovations into our products. I also believe we have a winning strategy that has the potential to reshape the customer experience. All in all, a great place to be!

    Cons

    No real negatives to mention. We are experiencing some growing pains as our customer base gets bigger, but this can be addressed with investment.

    Pros

    There are too many pros to list, but I will try. First off, being able to work remotely has given me the ability to save money on gas and other expenses while being here for my daughter when she needs me (for example, if she is home sick from school, even though I am working I am here with her). I have a manager that guides me and helps me to discover solutions on my own vs telling me how it will be done. This has allowed me to grow tremendously. She is more of a safety net than a "boss". If she see me heading in the wrong direction, she will reel me in, but ultimately, she wants me to be creative and innovative. The atmosphere is amazing. My co-workers are like a second family. I love the people I work with.

    Cons

    At times it feels like we are trying to do too much with too little. We need more resources so that we can really soar as a company.
