    Pros

    - Everyone who works at LLoyd was welcoming and willing to help with anything - Great for a summer internship - you really learn a lot - They allow interns to take the lead on their projects, but you never feel you are on your own - flexible with hours

    Cons

    - really cannot complain - see pros above

    Most of the employees are nice

    Cons

    There is a unilateral relationship between employees and mgmt. no loyalty but all of of employee loyalty is requested, not interested in improvement or even investing in a simple CRM system

    Family oriented structure. You are more than a SSN here. The opportunity to grow both professionally and financially are in your control. Executives are easy to approach, communicate with and are visible.

    Everywhere I look, regardless if its for resume searching, specific professions, someone is ALWAYS there to help. Over 50% of our staff has been here over a year. Should say enough.

    Cons

    No one job is perfect. However, this is the ideal opportunity for anyone looking to work with an established firm since 1971!

    Cons

    Their pay is horrible, especially when they get twice that from the employer . They give you the run around as if no one wants to work.

    Hire people that actually wants to work.
