    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

interesting; solid colleagues; global operations; ability to offer customer service and advice to interested parties. Interesting history; solid financial performance in recent years.

    Cons

VERY male chauvenist; communications outside of London are quite poor; very London - centric; behind the times; need to have a more realistic focus of US business operations

    Advice to Management

truly recognize the value and contributions which all employees can make. Invite open dialogue and truly listen. Stakeholders will all benefit.
