I have been working at LoVullo Associates, Inc.
Pros – Pay and benifits are ok
Cons – Lack of good managers
Can't trust HR, they tell upper managment everything
Very toxic place to work
Advice to Senior Management – Try to worry more about insurance, than about monitoring employee e-mails.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I worked at LoVullo Associates, Inc. full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Fellow co workers are very nice people
Cons – High turnover
No room for promotion unless your family or friends
Watch out for HR they tell the owners everything
Owners not engaged in the company.
Advice to Senior Management – Spend less time monitoring the employee e-mails and micro managing the company, and more time focusing on running an insurance business. Hire some qualified managers instead of hiring friends and family who don't know a thing about insurance. Owners should look in the mirror when the company is losing money instead of blaming everyone else. They have never won WNY Best Places to Work for a reason, they force the employees to take the survey so they can use the logo as a recruiting tool for new hires.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

I have been working at LoVullo Associates, Inc. full-time
Pros – Good environment, nice co workers.
Cons – Lots of overtime that never ends. Everyone is a spy. Don't trust upper management. They give promotions to their friends rather than to employees who deserve it.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop promotting friends. Rather than micro managing actually do your own job. Stop spending so much time monitoring emails. Get over it! Best places to work is all a ploy. They make us complete the survey just so they can use the best places to work logo. Regardless of how they employees actually rate them.
