    Pros

Fun, enjoyable atmosphere, was one of my first jobs and I really enjoyed the friendly coworkers as well as a strong union, that I thankfully never had to utilize

    Cons

I was often told I had to work faster, even on my first days on the job, while management didn't give much of an idea of how to do so.

    Pros

Fantastic flexibility of hours (especially for students), fairly easy job, friendly staff, and thorough training. Employees are also paid on a weekly basis.

    Cons

Employees' schedules are posted up less than seven days before their shift. There are no benefits, and they pay minimum wage regardless of your position at front end. Promotions mean more work, but no change in compensation. or benefits. The opportunity for growth within this company is based almost solely on seniority and not on merit.
