    Pros

Payed on time and with good accuracy of wage owed.

    Cons

Scheduling constraints were not acknowledged. Bare minimum employees made calling in sick a hassle. Didn't provide access cards to all employees. Super wasteful company.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees with more respect and find a better way to manage the tremendous waste.

    Cons

No advancement No raises (worked there for 5 years - still at $10.50) Union is laughable and union dues take out chunks from already small paychecks

    Advice to Management

    Listen to colleagues and customers

    Pros

Nice people to work with. Friendly environment. Flexible hours.

    Cons

Manager wasn't the best but I didn't see him too often. He would sometimes forget that you told him you can't come in and he still schedules you in.

    Pros

-Flexible hours -Room for growth within company -Unionized so it's pretty much impossible to get fired -Nice coworkers

    Cons

-Boring and redundant -As a cashier you're standing in one spot and you're not really allowed to move around, front end is the worst department. Try to get into another department if you can

    Advice to Management

Employees should have the ability to more easily switch departments and have different tasks so it's not so boring and redundant

    Pros

The Mobile Shop is an excellent company to grow your sales skills and rise through the ranks with! There are a few people who went from being a 'Mobile Advisor' to a 'Lead Advisor' in under a year based on performance. The leadership team is amazing, and promote a culture of fun and growth.

    Cons

No raises, the only way to make more money is to actually perform at a higher level by selling more volume, attaching more accessories, and selling our in-store warranty.

    Pros

Very easy to apply. First you will get a phone interview the You are immediately hired after an in store interview.

    Cons

Depends on location. Co workers are very diversed. I met some weird ppl

    Advice to Management

Understand your co workers! Many of the part timers are students so understand that some of them live in res and do not have a place to live in Christmas. So let them go home Christmas!!!!!
