    Pros

I was lucky enough to work with a great manager that trusted me to build my own team and appreciated every minute of overtime. Work life balance was great, LM allows for a 9/80 schedule. When the company had to downsize it offered a voluntary layoff to all employees.

    Cons

The facilities are probably twice as old as me.

    Pros

Overall great company to be a part of. Even though they are a very large company, they care about you individually and there is a lot of room to grow.

    Cons

The smaller offices often get overlooked. The security is very intense and makes simple tasks take way longer than necessary. This is especially true in the smaller offices where the security is not as important.

    Advice to Management

I believe the management is overall good. The managers get to know you on a personal level. Overall no major complaints.

    Pros

*Career Development Support - this company has huge training support available if you want to go back to school for a Masters degree, and will Pay for the whole thing. *Generally stable work environment - while the defense industries does have up and down swings, they are on longer cycles and you will see downturns coming far ahead of time.

    Cons

*Bureaucracy - you are a number, and a statistic. *Complacency - this company attracts people who want to have 1 job for the rest of their lives. This is less frequently the ambitious, outgoing, and driven type of person.

    Advice to Management

Learn to incentivize your employees, and treat them with respect, not like cattle.
