I worked at Lockheed Martin full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Good pay. Very fair, Offer a variety of career paths. Encourage diversity and full involvement..

    Cons

Large company, easy to get lost in the cracks. A lot of time is spent on repeated compliance training and review processes. But they have been working to streamline and improve the process. Functional manager is not always your project manager.

    Advice to Management

Get to know those you supervise. Don't let them be just a number (or fall into the cracks).
