    Pros

The company is growing. It has exciting new locations with fabulous properties. It's all about the Hospitality!

    Cons

Small companies often struggle with enough resources.

    Advice to Management

    Consider more resource options.

    Pros

I've worked for this company (at the hotel level, not at the home office) for many years and when I first started, they were very pro-employee. They had good benefits and seemed to genuinely care about the employees. It doesn't feel that way the last few years.

    Cons

Because the company has scaled down, the benefits have greatly suffered.

    Advice to Management

It would be nice to be able to easily get a response from HR when questions or comments are to be made.

    Pros

-The staff is great, and people get along as well as enjoy having fun while keeping a professional atmosphere. -There is a good balance between personal and professional life. -There is some flexiblity when it comes to moving shifts around.

    Cons

-Competitive compensation is not very forthcoming, it seems that management has a me first type of view to salaries. -Benefits are also lacking, very few options, and the amount paid by the company is minimal at best. -Part-time employees aren't supported very well.

    Advice to Management

Like any major company would: -Provide better benefits -Provide competitive salaries -Pay for major holidays. If you want to be big, you have to think and act big as a company, and it starts at the top.
