    Pros

timing, people are quite friendly as all are equally perished with same amount of torture, salary on time. good for contractors,

    Cons

while u leave company your FNF can be hold even for more than four months, you can't get one person granted for one work, they just just play rolling the ball. personal growth is nil, director run company with no ethics. everyone just suffering in this company and want a new company but if it doesn't work for them , they are working. HR says who has to work will work otherwise will leave,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

look down to your foot soldiers, they too have a life and try to make them happy if you have to lead, lead with your men not with your everyday coming and going employees.

    Pros

I m not sure about pros..but the worst thing I hv come across very shocking n ridiculous thing which I will share in con's..

    Cons

I HV applied for one position in lodha group through one of my friend who is already working there, I forwarded my resume through him, but hvnt called even for interview despite of having all suitable qualifications n relevant experience, when enquired abt came to know shocking reply that they r not hiring Muslim candidate for front roles but hiring them in back end, which is purely unexpected since having compete different picture abt lodha, they hired another person who is also my friend but had lesser experience than me in same package what I was expecting..( I m not jealous, since I helped him little bit in interview preparation ) I contacted hod but not get satisfactory reply, I m deeply hurt since then, its against humanity n Indian culture..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change this unfair and unjust hiring policy.
