I have been working at Loews Hotels part-time for less than a year

    Pros

I have an amazing manager who treats staff fairly. Free tickets and discounts to universal Studios

    Cons

It's hard to gain any benefits or become a fulltime employee. The money isn't good enough. When slow season comes you have to have money saved cause you wont work much for about 6 weeks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find ways to keep your employee's happy. Being in Orlando there are tons of other hotels who do more for their employee's. if you don't appreciate your staff you'll never find good people to fill your roles and provide great service. It starts with providing stable work and benefits otherwise the company will fail.

I have been working at Loews Hotels full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    we get Universal Studio tickets

    Cons

if you stay in another property, they still charge you for parking. Insurance started well years ago, it just got worse

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't charge employees parking if they stay at another property. What's the point in having the employee rate when you have to pay $20 for parking per day.
