Former Employee – worked at Loews Miami Beach Hotel full-time for more than a year

ProsFree lunch provided by the downstairs cafeteria. If you didn't like what they served you could make yourself a sandwich, salad, or have bagels or cereal. $50 was the price you had to pay to stay at a standard one at ANY of the other locations (with the exception of the New York Regency). Lots of opportunities to grow.

ConsSome of the staff could be a bit immature or ghetto. It's mainly because some of them go to the local high school or come from other parts of Miami.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
