LogiGear is an enjoyable company with friendly people.

ProsLogiGear has a friendly, transparent culture. Upper management is completely approachable and want to see you succeed along with the company. The US staff is small but very diverse. Barring any macroeconomic issues, the future looks bright for this small company.

ConsIt would be nice if LogiGear could be less reactionary. The company would benefit from a little more systematization and foresight.

Advice to Senior ManagementI am happy with the general direction of the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

ProsVery friendly culture, small but productive. Senior management is very competent and respectful to the staff. They will jump in and get their hands dirty when needed.

ConsSmall company dynamics. Need to switch gears a lot. Granted that is the nature of small companies, but better long range planning would help.

Advice to Senior ManagementNeed to have better insight into future business and plan for it. Too often we are surprised and need to react immediately.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
