    Pros

Very laid back. Flexible scheduling. No micro-managing (in most departments). Recent changes in executive management appears to be promising.

    Cons

No accountability. No processes. No raises. Very sales driven. What you can get away with mostly depends on who you are or who you are friends with. Poor business decisions in the past have led this company to very shakey ground. While there have been a lot of changes in executive management that could result in better stability and profitability, there is still a long road to travel and the jury is still out on whether the company will make it through...its hard to say right now.

    Advice to Management

Be more involved...really involved. Make people accountable for their actions or lack thereof.

I have been working at Logical Choice Technologies full-time

    Pros

The organization was customer focused and its mission to enhance learning environments for today's student was easy to buy into and advocate

    Cons

Financial mismanagement and failure to listen to the professionals hired created a non-sustainable business model which cause liquidation of Logical Choice Technologies in Q2 2014

    Advice to Management

They weren't listening 2 years ago so there is no one to advise now

    Pros

This WAS a great customer driven, employee focused organization, until the money ran out and company sold out to greedy investors that never intended to do anything but pretty up the package and try to make some money on a re-sale.

    Cons

Management did not see the trending of this market and didn't change up or apparently pay their bills. Cuts and cuts and still not able to get products to customers that sales reps had spent much time, effort and sometimes years getting the business.

I have been working at Logical Choice Technologies full-time

    Pros

-Lots of potential growth into more areas than we have ever had access to. -Strong relationships with global companies present opportunities that most companies of this size could only dream of. -Relationships that were damaged by the former regime are now being repaired.

    Cons

-Recent transition has taken the focus away from growth. -Lack of employees. -Constant need to apologize for lack of services

    Advice to Management

-Move faster! -Work on the culture, we believe in you.

    Pros

Good people, great culture, exciting products, no micro-management, ideas from field are valued, customers are overall great to work with

    Cons

Small company on shaky ground.......vulnerable and could go either way.....technology field that moves and changes quick......too much reliance on one product

    Advice to Management

Focus on another "killer" product like Promethean was a few years ago.........sell the trucks as demos are rare......hangin there -- it'll get better!

    Pros

    The support staff is wonderful

    Cons

The comp plan/benefits do not meet industry standard The leadership is grossly over employed

    Advice to Management

Consider bringing in a new C-suite to undo/fix the gross mismanagement of the company's revenue and profits, and plug the holes in the sinking ship.

    Pros

    Cool technology, satisfying industry segment.

    Cons

Company has NO idea where it is going; latches onto something new each year; made its' name on one major product, which has declined dramatically in the changing marketplace. Company has lost many of its' good CORE people in the past year, and the direction and culture of the organization reflects it. Owner is good hearted, and means well, but has some of the worst managers ever seen. The incompetence of several is astonishing. Had high hopes for staying here for many years, but have had resumes out for some time. It stopped being a career and has become a paycheck. Will leave at first good opportunity, as will many others.................

    Advice to Management

No point, it falls on deaf ears.
