    Pros

Employee Friendly COmpany. Walks the talk.

    Cons

Too small to provide comprehensive growth opportunities. Heavy reliance on 1-2 people for final client engagement and deliverable. Unlikely to be sustainable should the situation change tomorrow

    Advice to Management

    Develope people and start delegating.

I worked at Logical Design Solutions (More than 10 years)

    Pros

This is a place to work with some of the smartest people around. The projects are complex (perhaps more complex each year) and you get to work with some of the largest Fortune 50 companies. Even though it's a consulting firm, long tendered employees will tell you about the "family feel" at the firm.

    Cons

It's a mangement consulting firm at it's heart, and while client location travel is not always required, good consulting skills are a requirement for success.

    Advice to Management

Continue to look for ways to grow the "trusted base" allowing the firm to scale it's teams more successfully.

Tremendously thoughtful, ethical, rigorous consulting firm in a fascinating field.

    Cons

Dominated by the CEO (which is also a "pro")

    Advice to Management

    None

    Pros

If you thrive on challenges, enjoy working through knotty problems, and can leave your ego at the door, this is a good place to work. A lot of really smart (and funny!) people to collaborate with and learn from..

    Cons

Deadlines can be really aggressive, and there's a tendency (IMHO) to complicate and over-think things. Also, most of the work is within the enterprise and behind firewalls, which can mean a lack of URLs to show off your work. At the same time, you get to engage with clients at a really high level and participate in often fascinating conversations around business strategy. Your work can have impact.

    Advice to Management

Allow communication to be a bit freer and more open.
