I have been working at LogistiCare full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-Easy to master your department -Outgoing co-workers that are willing to help during the learning curve - Certain supervisors

    Cons

-Tasks are repetitive and boring - Leads are short staffed, the current leads sometimes disappear and are nowhere to be found - Certain supervisors are friends with you one day, the next they hate you - Not enough pay

    Advice to Management

I would recommend promoting better skilled and adept leads to help on the floor. A better training team to deal with the new employees would be beneficial as well since the newly hired often ask for help due to poor training.

    Pros

riders are interesting. Some riders very demanding. they want you to take them shopping and other place.

    Cons

you spend a lot on your car, insurance, gas,, etc, and then you don't get trips . some weeks none or 1. your can't afford to keep your car going. People in office are hard to work with, and think volunteers are the bottom of the barrel.

I worked at LogistiCare full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Start 7 days of Vacation and 2 Floater Holidays, and 5 days of NYC sick day, must be accrued. Employee abuse FMLA to get more vacation time off. 401K 5% match, using ADP. Friendly coworkers. Flexible scheduling choices once you gain tenure. Business hours 7am-6pm. Big break room. Good raises 2-3%. Plenty of overtime.

    Cons

Heavy favoritism. Not professional at all. Not transparent at all. Doesn't promote from within. Company doesn't use email system to communicate with employees. Company still uses papers to communicate updates, resulting in delayed implementation or forgetfulness from employees. Overall waste and time management needs to be improved. Computers are out of date. Zero investment into the staff. Terrible, and I mean terrible office location with constant train troubles resulting in many employee being late. Only thing close by is the gas station, which offers cheap Dunkin Donuts coffee. Anything else you must order. Baby boomers management need to retire or get fired in order for the company stay afloat. Corporations are changing to more collaborative, open office environment, not a cubicle space environment. Pay is terribly low for a Bilingual. Start as temp $14. Move up to $15 an hour. Around 40-50 employees taking calls from the whole NYC to take reservation calls, resulting in 10 min hold times, angry, frustrated medicaid customers. As soon as people get promoted to Team lead, or a Supervisor position people quit and find a better job. What does this tell you about company loyalty? Supervisors don't help you grow, and only make you more stressed out, and hate everything about this place. No clear goals, mission, company value being emphasized.

    Advice to Management

Baby boomers management need to retire or get fired in order for the company stay afloat. Corporations are changing to more collaborative, open office environment, not a cubicle space environment. Company got fined several times for not meeting the standards. When Department of Health visits, the office is completely changed in a day to show that it's actually a professional environment. Hire more people. Listen and actually care about employees feedback.

    Pros

Growing company with plenty of room to grow if you give a crap

    Cons

Worst management team ive ever been apart of and verry poor h.r They pretty much just flip a coin and hire anyone who needs a buck. Its like highschool if you wanna move up its not very hard with all the employees being as lazy as they are.

    Advice to Management

Hire quality employees to stop your high overturn rate and stop the clique type atmosphere and pay attention to who you move into management... If you even care
