    I worked at LogixHealth

    Pros

Bright sunny office, plenty of parking, good location

    Cons

You bounce from one account to another. More attention to the number of notes than the size of the aging reports. No satisfaction in seeing the result of your own work. Just the amount of notes you make! You don't ever really get to know the account the way you should.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down on the growth and get back to caring about the accounts you already have. Even the account managers don't know the accounts anymore. Take a breath and breath!

Technically, the position was challenging and fulfilling. Unfortunately, the work atmosphere was toxic.

    I worked at LogixHealth

    Pros

Excellent modern technical infrastructure and tools. Talented peers.

    Cons

Toxic workplace, too many talent-less rung-climbers, micro-management everywhere.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get some HR people in that have common sense and judgement. Keep productive workers and thin middle management ranks.

I have been working at LogixHealth full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Very nice SQL infrastructure for a medium sized company. Spent a lot of money to do it them self. Pretty impressive on-prem data center.

    Cons

    Lack of technical strategic vision.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

HR talent is abysmal - employees are treated like children. Political correctness is taken to ridiculous extremes.

I worked at LogixHealth as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Free Popcorn on Wed. They also have a lot of cookouts.

    Cons

    Where to start??

-There are no "workplace rights and responsibilities" posters displayed in any of the common areas. These posters are required by law, so it makes you wonder what LogixHealth is trying to get away with.
-No raises. Any raise you get will amount to less than a dollar per year.
-The software needed to do your job is slow and crashes frequently.
-Abusive & condescending management. Upward mobility depends on being related to or friends with someone higher up; because of this, all the managers are protected and they can - and do - treat their employees as badly as they want to with no consequences.
-These same protected managers are the ones who train, and a lot of them are lazy about training you on what you need to know. God forbid you need to ask a question about something they didn't go over, because you'll get attitude to your face, and called stupid behind your back.
-The office culture is like a high school. The men who work there are like obnoxious fraternity boys, and the women are catty and clique-y.
-They're outsourcing a lot of work to India, so your job is NOT secure.

And the icing on the cake: you're working with people who smear snot and feces all over the bathroom walls. Sometimes it stays there for days or even weeks before it gets cleaned.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They don't care, so there's no point.

    Pros

You can wear jeans and listen to headphones

    Cons

Management are very uneducated if they don't like you they will make you miserable until they fire you. If you speak up for yourself they will fire you. It is their way or the highway. Office moral is horrible everyone is unhappy and miserable. There are cameras every where They watch your every move you feel very uncomfortable. Nobody ever smiles they just look at you stone faced as you walk by them. I am soooo glad I do not work here anymore.

I have been working at LogixHealth full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits (insurance, 401K, PTO/holiday pay), great salary, great management, great values. High level management in the company will listen to opinions and ideas. Plenty of opportunity to grow within the company in all different departments. Do your job, do it right, and put in a solid effort and your efforts will be rewarded.

    Cons

None. I could be wrong but the people with the negative comments seem to be those without the drive to work harder and put in the extra effort that gets them places. You have to do the job right and put in the effort if you want to be praised for your work, be promoted, get a raise, and all that. If you just go through the motions each day, do the bare minimum to get by, and constantly complain to your coworkers it is not surprising you are not happy. Take the really negative reviews with a grain of salt.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Disgruntled employees or ex-employees will always be the first to post on a site like this and trash the company. Those content with the job/company are less likely to post, but we should have some positive reviews on here. I am perfectly happy working for LogixHealth but was tired of seeing all the negative reviews so that is why I'm here!

I have been working at LogixHealth as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

Some people have the ability to work from home. Others have flex-hours. Its just a place to work while you're looking for a real job.

    Cons

The office culture is unprofessional in the sense that those who have been working there for years have no shame in the things that come out of their mouths. They are insulting to others, unwelcoming to new employees and gossip about people while in their presence. Many managers don't have a college education. The supervisors and team leads are overworked because management does nothing. You are expected to come in no matter how sick you are. You will be publically humiliated if you make a mistake. The training consists of a few hours then you are thrown into the job blind and expected to know everything. There are a lot of family members working in the same departments, some parents or kids managing the other, there are romantic relationships between co-workers that are all out in the open. A lot of yelling, swearing, offensive language and behavior between co-workers as well as managers. The building is filthy, carpets stained and rolled up at the edges, the walls are dirty and the bathrooms are horrendous. The toilets and sinks are falling apart. If you want a trash can at your desk you have to pay for it yourself and empty if yourself. If you lose your ID badge you have to pay for another one or be fired. Lunch break is only a half hour, so you don't even have enough time to leave the building for a bit.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You are losing accounts because there is no training given to new employees and your department managers are incompetent! The system you have in place is failing. It is inefficient and out-dated. Building a new patio in the cramped parking lot will not keep you in business. Change your systems, hire new managers who are college educated and qualified to manage, view employees as humans with human traits such as getting sick and needing time to recover. You're outsourcing the whole company to India anyway, so why would you bother trying to make the company better.

I have been working at LogixHealth full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

Flexible hours and ability to work from home - department / job specific.

    Cons

Horrible software development and lack of documentation / process understanding.
    No pay raises, only 401K.
No communication between the company, departments, or staff in an effective manner.
Lack of automated processes and too many manual messages via email. No accountability or oversight. Suggestions to be efficient are brushed aside and negated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Communication is need to ensure trust and understanding of what's going on. Empower users by bringing them into the conversation instead of just doing things without any input from them.
