    Pros

    Friendly environment, all employees share same frustration with management, thus they spurted each other in family matter.

    Cons

    Often late on payroll (and several times they requested the employees hold their checks as there were not enough funds in the bank to cover the checks!),employees are not clear who their Boss is and who to complain or request assistance from, Extremely poor working conditions in the production warehouse (In fact, it may violate labor laws. There was extreme heat in the summer, cold in the winter and unsafe working conditions overall). The company takes a "Too Bad, like it or leave" attitude with employees.

    Advice to Management

    Consider correct "Fit" for employees in the roles they are placed in and review the strength and weaknesses of the person you have placed in charge (Questionable leadership skills or training for management role) Management is "Micromanaging" employees and is disrespectful, dismissive of employees

    I worked at LogoDogz full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    You have fun Designing different shirts for schools sport teams, birthday's, companies, ETC. You get to draw and design everyday, not all of them are interesting but they are fun none the less. You also do not have to dress up to come to this job, you can show up in shorts and a t-shirt which is nice.

    Cons

    Owner is rude and mean, because it is a small company there is no HR. People were very two faced, there is a lot of drama working here with all employees. Everyone is always ready to throw you under the bus to save themselves. There is a lot of work to do in the summer but not in the winter.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to speak positively to your employee's. Treat them with respect.

    Pros

    Some great people work there, you get to learn alot about the screen printing and embroidery atmosphere.

    Cons

    Owners are ridiculous, rude to employees and customers, and do not care about their own employees. The pay is not good either. There is a lot of office drama, he said she said, and crap talking throughout the office.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees with respect and give them proper pay for the great work they do for you.

    Pros

    great people - there are some very smart and talented people working there, you can learn a lot about screen printing and embroidery.

    Cons

    The two owners - they expect you to give them your best and more but they don't care about their employees at all!!! No benefits what so ever, no real structure.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your employees better

    Pros

    It was close to home and I like the business.

    Cons

    Management did not put the customer first and it was hard defending the company when I did not agree with the way we handled mistakes that we actually made. I know everyone makes mistake but at least "own" them.

    Advice to Management

    Take responsibility for your mistakes and do not let your ego get in the way of what is really important...the client and maintaining your clients
