Pros
Lok-Beta is export oriented company and major business in CIS countries,being looked after by MD himself.I was been attracted to work to develop new countries independently and I could show my capabilities and abilities to develop new countries.
Cons
The management denies whatever commitment they have given to us after achieving our Target.The decision in right time,is delayed.
Advice to Senior Management
Must be sticked to the commitment and their statement.Must not delay the decision, any delay in decision can delay the whole process of getting business in commited period.
