    Pros

Pay is decent if you come from Latin American. Starting salary is US minimum wage.
    Lots of travel

    Cons

If you're not from a developing country the pay isn't great
Travel is usually to not very desirable destinations
They will always book the cheapest ticket, even if it means 3 layovers and 48+ hours of travel
Training is abysmal. 1 week of "training" over Skype, then no almost no training on the job
Hours are long, 12 hours a day is the normal
Their "tools" are very primitive, its basically all excel spreadsheets
Clients are generally small to medium enterprises with no name recognition, don't let their client list fool you. If they did one project for a big company 15 years ago they'll mention it making it seem recent
Penny pinchers whenever they have to spend money on anything

    Advice to Management

Fix your corporate office, be more clear on expectations, provide more training, provide career plans, improve logistics, treat employees with more respect

Not a good consultancy company at all... I worked 3.5 years with them.

    Pros

They sell professionaly - best part of the company. Highly experienced staff is on charge of this, mainly european who impress latin americans easily. Travelling was good at first, but as it is mainly in central america it becomes a con after the first year (dangerous and not very impressive clients nor projects).

    Cons

Too much basic work, not a single automated tool or backlog of projects to use even in replicas to some other site of the same client! Too many hours - more than 70 a week!
Be aware: a) they not rovide with a good international health inssurance - two coworkers had to paid for their medical clinical expenses and get back to ficght with local basic insurance after company did not answer their complain - travelling in central america this is dangerous! b) they ask you to pay - finance- a couple of months o personal expenditures (perdiem they call it: local transportation, food, calls, internet services, and any other daily expense!) most of the times this money gets a few months to be refunded as each country... I new people with more than six months like this! c) they are very basic in the management tools to implement, they ask you to become an expert in merchandising for one client and the next week a different expert in accounting for another one!
I really do no understand why I worked so long with them (salary was good in usd being native from mexico an young - $2,500usd net with 13 payments a year) but in the long term I should have leave them as soon as I realize the kind of company they are.

    Advice to Management

Be honest, look at your rotation ratio! Stop recruiting "young twentys experts" and develope real consultants.
    Include technology in your solutions!
Start being respectfull with your staff - pay on time - asume your expenses - give trainning - provide a real career path (or you can explain why the only people with more than ten years in LCG are partners located in each country?

    Pros

You get the opportunity to learn about basic management on diverse companies

    Cons

There is a lack of career development program.
As the company has more presence in Central America working mainly with SME, this migth be a con when looking for a job as most of the companies are not generally known .

    Advice to Management

Invest in training your human resource, develop career development plans, promote a continuos academic update and review benefits package.
