Pros
The employees stick together and watch each others back,
Cons
They lied from the beginning of day one on the job. The salary was not what they said it would be. They expect a lot from you and give nothing in return but cut downs. They cut employees down behind there backs and make fun of you behind your back. Very unprofessional place to work. Stay far away, the turn over with employees is very high. You never know when you will be let go, even if you do your job correct.
Advice to Senior Management
Bring someone in who knows about coffee to train people. The warehouse is very disorganized.
