    I have been working at Lonesource full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    Good people, great customer service for our customers. While the company had overcome many obstacles through the years, it was finally positioned to be acquired by a larger company to the benefit of the owners and shareholders.

    Cons

    Was acquired by larger company and the majority of the workforce was laid off in stages. The severance packages could have been better for workers that had been with the company for 10+ years.

    Value the employee that keeps the company profitable & customers loyal

    I worked at Lonesource

    Pros

    Good pay plan if you are capable of producing and hitting goals; Job becomes very easy after a while which offers a low stress- higher paying job after having been there for a while; management has created a fun environment for achieving success- just make sure you are one hitting your goals

    Cons

    high turnover if you don't hit your goals- but thats going to be true anywhere with sales; lots of changes all the time but you become very good at adapting; can become monotonous which gets old but if you're making good money and successful within the company, many tend to not care about the monotony anymore- overall, solid place to work

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Work on continuing to communicate well with your people and make sure you are keeping the reps experience in mind when making adjustments. Keep up the good work.
