Pros – -great management
-fair, consistent treatment and reviews
-good work/life balance
-fun, relaxed atmosphere
-head office is exceptional - a building to remember
-product quality on baskets is amazing

Cons – -struggling with adapting to newer, younger generations of customers, despite their continued efforts to innovate and diversify products
-some politics, like everywhere else

Advice to Senior Management – Keep innovating!

Pros – The company does offer wonderful working atmosphere and flexible schedules.

Cons – Current market conditions have caused a large amount of layoffs. They also had a variety of positions where I was never really sure what exactly they were doing or getting paid for. Also it seemed the company didn't truly value an employee until they had found another position and were considering leaving before they promoted or offered an increase in pay.

Advice to Senior Management – I would recommend that Senior Management look at their salaries and examine who is really contributing and making money for the company through those initiatives and contributions and reward those with financial rewards.

Cons – The company was great, however, times have changed!

Cons – Company has changed from "American made" to cheapest possible

Pros – Set your own hours, work with great people, $ is good, get to help others

Cons – Don't get commission at Factory Store.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to work on getting commission on Factory Store I think that would help to get more bus trips
