Pros
The job is very flexible. Good support.
Cons
Only have contract positions, not stable.
Pros
Quick to respond to any needs for supplies/equipment
OK health benefits, but not outstanding in any way.
Found a job for me and placed me efficiently.
Cons
No real interaction after the initial placement, unless I initiated.
No services, sites, or anything, other than basic HR services (benefits/pay paperwork).
No community; this is just a placement company.
Recently moved to Group Health insurance, which is much more limited in network.
Pay seems pretty low.
Advice to Senior Management
If you want this to be just a placement company, you're doing OK (but not great).
Get a bit better on the benefits.
Get quite a bit higher on the pay.
If you want to stand out, or be more than just a placement company,
Do something to distinguish yourself. Some group interaction with employees, or newsletter, or little benefits (discount training courses? Something.)
Pros
Mostly consulting relationship , so dont have to deal too much with operations
Cons
I dont see lot of professional growth or financial growth working for any consutling company. its a short term solution
Advice to Senior Management
Provide the consultants with motivation to stick with the company
Pros
The hourly rate is good.
If you work in a vendor capacity, they will retain you (unpaid) when you are between assignments. In other temp agencies, you are dropped the instant the contract expires.
The front office staff is courteous and friendly.
Cons
They are a temp agency / Microsoft vendor. Most jobs are temporary.
If you are not from India, you can forget about a promotion or a truly permanent position.
Their benefit package is adequate, at best.
Advice to Senior Management
Diversify so that you are not so dependent on one client (Microsoft).
