    I have been working at Lonres.com full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great team atmosphere, interesting projects, growing business, friendly management. Very solid technical leadership.

    Cons

    Some small parts of the business are more resistant to change and there are very few additional benefits (health, pension, childcare etc)

    Pros

    Fair job & salary. Amazing opportunity to meat great people. Very positive atmosphere and great conditions of work.

    Cons

    Repetitiveness of the job I would fine as the biggest disadvantage of working at Lonres.com. Otherwise, very positive experience.

    Advice to Management

    Better communication with employees. I would advice more social and team events that could bring management and us closer to each other.

    compensation compared with similar jobs elsewhere is ok

    no opportunities for professional growth at no opportunities for career advancement no Communications from management about important issues and changes no praise received when you done a good job
