    ConsCustomers can get very annoyed by the rental process and tend to take anger out on employees.

    ConsSUPER bureaucratic, benefits hinge on time worked which is extremely strict, upper management doesn't like hearing negative feedback and generally won't listen, very political

    ConsSeasonal work is difficult to make a living when you are unemployed at least 4 months of the year (two in the spring before summer starts and two in the fall before winter starts).
