Wonderful company to work for. They provide opportunities for growth and it is a family atmosphere.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsThe company is small but they are involved in many inventive areas and there is a lot going on within the company. There are opportunities to meet new people and learn from them. Senior management are helpful and approachable. There is the sense that everyone is "in it together".

ConsThe small size of the company could be a drawback for some individuals. There is no room for "hiding" no "anonymity" it's all "hands on deck".

Advice to Senior ManagementKeep up the good work!

The major benefit has been the varied opportunities that present themselves for personal career growth

Senior Electrical Engineer (Current Employee) Palo Alto, CA

ProsThis is a growing company with lots of opportunity to demonstrate leadership and to grow ones self professionally.

ConsProcesses involved in building satellites can be strict and confining. While understandable in light of the requirement for reliability in the space environment, this can be daunting for the uninitiated.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't be too eager to implement whatever new fangled MBA mantra is the fashion of the day, without analyzing applicability to the satellite building low volume manufacturing environment.
