    Pros

My coworkers in my department were very lovely and made my experience very pleasant besides that this job was terrible.

    Cons

There are a lot of requirements for such little pay. One of my coworkers who'd been working there was only making 9.25
My manger was very rude and stopped speaking to me for weeks at a time, for no apparent reason.

    Advice to Management

Improve on the treatment of employees. Also, better train the management.

    Pros

Nice employee discount, wonderful fellow employees, and constant work to do.

    Cons

No room to grow within the company (no matter the amount of promises they make to you), way underpaid, and unorganized management. You work close to ten hour shifts constantly standing/walking and full-time shift hours are scheduled back to back. For example if you close the store one night you open the store the next morning.

    Advice to Management

    Communicate with one another better.

    Pros

3 day weekend every month, a Sunday-Monday off every month. Same schedule every month. Very understanding management. If you need to switch to get off a day or have an emergency they always approve it. They listen to your concerns abd genuinely care about your happiness in your job.

    Cons

Not enough traffic in the store.

    Advice to Management

This is for corporate management: the SPH standards are too high. With the amount of traffic in your stores it is just unreasonable. If you are going to raise your sales standards among your employees I beg of you to invest more in advertising, sales, etc. to drive business and bring people in. Don't just dump it on the girls behind the counters.
