    Pros

    Full benefits with no employee contributions (for teachers). Many opportunities for professional development. Lots of paid time off in the summer.

    Cons

    Dealing with anyone at Beaudry is a nightmare.

    Break into smaller districts and allow schools to spend their own money as they see fit.

    Secure job, room for growth, vacation time, medical, dental and vision care provided.

    Swing shift, usually 3pm-11:30pm. Work outdoors.
