    Pros

Fan-tas-tic! It's a creative, happy and engaging environment! Top accounts and good people!

    Cons

There is a LOT of segmentation between departments. People of different departments rarely hang out together, and this sometimes strains work relationships.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Integrate the departments continuously in an informal, non-condescending manner.

If advertising agencies are like shops, this agency is like Walmart. Tries to make a "one size fits all for their client

    Pros

The salaries are not terrible, and if you are good at politics you will get ahead fast. Its a very political place with little value on creativity. Yet there is some very talented people working there, who for some reason stay there.

    Cons

. Its a very political place with little value on creativity. There is some decent clients sometimes, but most of the clients are old fashioned. Account people run this place, especially the ones who have been there for 20 years, and are afraid to do anything new or innovative because they are afriad of loosing their job and their pension.
People are stuck in 80's mentality.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in new blood, as far as management. The office culture is terrible, look at what other places are doing to create more pride in working there. The whole place looks like a bank, and that is after the offices were remodeled, (it used to look like an inner city welfare office.)

    Pros

Good systems n place, staff does not indulge in politics, clear focus on relevant and targeted communication, idea focussed. Employees well informed of company culture. Senior management leads by example

    Cons

Compensation structure could be fine tuned, too TV medium oriented

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Strengthen the non traditional communication channels. Educate the clients on new media channels. Team up with some non traditional media experts. Create a sense of ownership in the agency for NTM channels.

I have been working at Lowe & Partners Worldwide

    Pros

Extremely friendly people- not like normal ad agencies.
    Great Clients to work on.
    Can do attitude.

    Cons

Most of the normal failings of ad agencies, they will not babysit you, they expect you to drive your career forward. There are opportunities and people do look after you, but rememember it's up to you to make good things happen. The agency has gone through some flux, as most have and it's important to thrive here that you must be prepared to get stuck in, and want to be part of that change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the current rate of change in progress
