will hire store managers with NO EXPERIANCE so they have no clue what they are doing and will run the store into the ground. No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Amazing campus: Lake, Full Cafeteria, Walking Trails, Pharmacy, Coffee Shop. People: Most employees were really nice.

    Cons

Management was a nightmare. It was basically a, your my friend, you should be a manager hiring scheme. I never felt empowered to share my ideas. The review process was a critique with 10 people saying "it just doesn't feel right". No one ever gave me constructive feedback. It was always either a barking order or comment without explanation.

    Advice to Management

    Figure it out.
