    Department Manager

Department Manager (Current Employee) Tulsa, OK

ProsIn some high volume stores there is more time for training one on one. They allow you to sit in during the interview and give your input who get's hired. Which means quality employees, and chances of bonus increase.

ConsLow volume stores don't perform as good and tend to higher lower performing employees . Which in turn causes higher turnover, doing more work, and more stress.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't settle when hiring the right people for the right position. Not everyone is sales person no matter how much training they get.
