Pros
Great benefits. Work a rotation. Fun atmosphere. Pay is on par or above most big box companies. Making advancements in using technology in the store to assist customers.
Cons
Near impossible to move up in store that you are currently at. Lack of respect for management by regular hourlies, making more work for others.
Advice to Senior Management
Have more accountability for associates. Make promoting from within more of a priority, and promoting from other stores less of one.
Pros
Location was the reason I chose to work here.
Cons
The late shift usually sucked.
Pros
Great Benefits, Good working conditons and environment, great opportunity for advancement within the company. Competitive salaries. Huge upside to company for ages 18-30.
Cons
Weak management.A lack of empathy on the part of managers for employees and their issues . Work hours are not consistent for full-timers and above.
Advice to Senior Management
Employees that have worked with company for more than 2 years should be given the option to choose a certain schedule that they could work. Also, management needs to become more in key with the employees
Pros

Cons
to far of drive, change rules all the time
Advice to Senior Management
things do not need to be said more then once
Pros
4 days off a week
Cons
our couches are cluess. They do not treat the team members fairly at times
Advice to Senior Management
new couches who know what they are doing
Pros
pays pretty well, good coworkers, everyone is on the same team essentially. Gives raises and bonuses quarterly. Loved working there.
Cons
sometimes people were a little too demanding and it was hard working outside in the summer with the heat and humidity.
Advice to Senior Management
The management was pretty good at this particular store and everyone did their job accordingly for the most part and didn't have egos.
Pros
Great Pay compared to my other jobs.
A lot of workers are easy to get along with.
Great benefits packages.
Cons
The managerial team has poor lines of communication.
Advice to Senior Management
Take a lesson in Business Communication. It seems like the management here didn't.
Pros
For the type of job it is, it is an interesting place to work, and was more enjoyable than other retail stores.
Cons
Retail made working weekends and holidays necessary, obviously unpleasant customers sometimes, and a high rate of turnover in administrative positions sacrificed efficiency.
Advice to Senior Management
Do more in the way off communication and available time off. Also, try to figure out solutions to the high turnover rate
Pros
Flexible management, helpful co-workers, interesting product lines
Cons
Some very lazy co-workers doing as they pleased
Advice to Senior Management
Recognize talent and help it grow
Pros
it's a job in a tight employment market
Cons
if you aren't one of the "chosen few" you will be overlooked for every opportunity to advance - there is no consideration given to your prior work history/experience/merit/work ethic
Advice to Senior Management
start to practice your "lets build your future together" statement
