Pros – good pay, flexible hours, great benefits, many job opportunities, understanding managers, many breaks throughout the day, and great people to work with

Cons – difficult customers at times, inconsistent scheduling, not as many raises as I wanted or expected, after almost three years only got to 9.19/hour

Pros – great work environment, they hire for excellence so co-workers are awesome, management staff is very helpful

Cons – working 3 out of every 4 weekends if you are full time, training process can be dull

Pros – Flex hours, benefits, training, promotions and building relationships with co workers and meeting new people every day. Fun, positive and uplifting. Diverse community, respect one another and build friendships. Able to learn at your own pace. Move around the store when oportunities arise.

Cons – At times Corp. schedule conflicks with vacation time off but almost always no problem.

Advice to Senior Management – You guys/gals are great and definately couldn't do it with out you.

Pros – They work around my schooling and its a very fun and friendly environment. There is also great career potential and always a chance at moving up.

Cons – Can be really fast paced at times but overall isn't anything too stressful.

I ended up at an awesome store. All the people there see to be quite nice. Now, there are a few people who are a little rugged, but we can't always have a perfect batch, can we?

Cons – - Some co-workers know how to get away with doing the bare minimum

Working in an entry level retail job, it's not uncommon to see some of the other entry employees not contributing as much as they could to get the job/tasks completed.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep on keepin' on.
