    I worked at Lowe's

    Pros

Good training and online continuing education available year round
Most co-workers were friendly and professional
    Employee discount

    Cons

Some male employees need to stay professional.
Pretty hard to move inside the company (i.e: from cashier to paint associate) even if you give your best. Didn't get a chance to train for this department. $.25 of raise after close to a year of employment.

Organized and can approach management at will, training is on the job and they have online company courses to enhance your learning for the entire store and the departments that you work in.
