“Overlook after working at the HQ office for five years under the new and old CEO”
Former Employee – worked at Loyal Group
Pros – Loyal Chemical definately has many opportunities to grow and develop within the company as it expands so quickly. It is not difficult to be noticed by upper management as it is a very family oriented company and everyone works closely together.
Cons – There is less work life balance in the company, and some benefits have changed over the years under the restructuring of the upper management team.
Advice to Senior Management – I would show more support to the employees and allow them to be part of the strategy change process within the company.
