I worked at Lozier full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

friendly environment with people that genuinely care. Upper management listens to what you have to say and actually takes it into consideration moving forward.

    Cons

The work can be redundant and sometimes not all that interesting. Early hours leads to awkward hours and shifts. Again, the work itself can be slightly less than fun.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There is nothing that I think you must closely consider at this time.

I worked at Lozier full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Longevity of employees. Most people are great.

    Cons

No work/life balance. Lozier should be your life. The better you are the worse you get treated and you carry the lions share of the workload, while the less competent skate by, usually making more money. Still being run like it was 25 years ago.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take a good look at the people you promote from within.

It is a nice place to work but still run like it was back in the 1950's

I have been working at Lozier

    Pros

It is a very secure job. Rare layoffs and if you do your job you will keep your job.

    Cons

They do not adjust with the times. Not a very good work/family trade off. To them your job is your life.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Adjust with the times. Flexible work hours, work/life is important for motivation

    No opinion of CEO
