    Pros

Your colleagues are great, the management is not. You get your birthday off. It's a struggle to try to name good things about working for this company.

    Cons

Very low pay, not bonuses, and too many bosses. This company is so top heavy you will never get a raise no matter how long you work here. HR will "listen" to your complaints and feed back but nothing will ever change. No real advancement opportunities.

I have been working at Lumenis

    Pros

My fellow employees (non-management) are great.

    Cons

Corrupt culture, no 401k match, employee feedback ignored, not professional company, only cares about profit and puts no value on customer's needs or the correct way to repair a broken system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up to what customers and employees need from their laser company and how they want to be treated, before it's too late.

I worked at Lumenis full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

A handful of trustworthy employees who genuinely want to succeed, although IMO they are fighting an uphill battle.

    Cons

Near constant management turnover, near zero communication with sales reps in the field for weeks on end, aging technology and an increased focus on reselling other companies devices instead of developing their own. Top performing reps blindsided with "territory eliminations" and replaced with fired employees from competing companies coming in with new managers. Sales support has a genuine disdain for helping others. Advice to anyone considering working here - DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up, get your head out of your butts! You are constantly losing good employees to poor management and a CEO who preaches "it's all about the people" but has done ZERO to put her money where her mouth is. A sad state of affairs here!

I have been working at Lumenis full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Great work force. Interesting and challenging high tech products. Challenging regulatory environment. Many opportunities to learn and excel. Great management in local unit when not influenced by corporate executives.

    Cons

The cons are: Short term focus of executive management; Lack of advancement opportunities; lack of pay raises; lack of remuneration and incentives; lack of resources; lack of investment into employee development; lack of a clear vision for the future; lack of inspiration from the top; abundance of work piled up on the remaining workforce; poor employee morale.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Executive management, you have some great employees. They are the geese to your organizations. Please don't kill the geese. You'll lose the sources of your golden eggs.
