    Pros

It's a top-quality IT service provider, great opportunities for your carrier, nice benefits and salary.

    Cons

Culture & values inside a company should be bit higher, management should pay more attention to corporate live and create more different types of events for their employees.

    Pros

Quite large, stable company. Lots of projects for big international companies.

    Cons

Senior management did not communicate clearly on their decisions. Lack of tact. Presence of "post-Soviet" style of management. Corporate culture is weak. Not much respect to employees. If you are not needed you can be fired fast with no explanation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To develop more human face for the company. Invest in people.

I worked at Luxoft full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I have been working in DBDC ( Deutshe Bank Dedicated Centre) in Luxoft. Each project is different from others so pros an cons highly depend on particular project.
    In general:
    - challenging projects,
    - opportunity to develop your carrier both horizontally and vertically
    - established processes
    - education on company base
    - free coffee in office (was in 2013)

    Cons

Cons as pros are depend on project.
    In general:
    - some middle managers (project managers and team lead) were not educated how to manage people. Luxoft slowly changing the practice by sending the people on internal courses but sometimes it is not enough
    - a lot of bureaucracy from DB side (can takes you several months to receive all accounts, passwords, keys etc)
    - if you are not ambitious will be difficult to grow in both salary and carrier

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hire people with true management skills or hire professional tutors for internal courses.

I worked at Luxoft full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Nice location: quiet street, possible to park a car close to the entrance.
I was lucky with the project and management: I was working hard and had good compensation, regular salary increase, flexible work schedule, smart colleagues, great career opportunities.

    Cons

Everything depends on project and its management. Most projects are small and unpromising.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice
