I have been working at Luxoft full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

Has the most of pros of any big company. Good variety of industries to work in, good opportunities for professional growth, interesting projects. This company is good place to start your career, get initial training and gain experience before moving to something more interesting.
The corporate rules are quite okay: the work schedule is quite flexible in many company locations, no unreasonable rules, dress-codes or policies.

    Cons

Has the most of cons of any big company. I'll be just a tiny bolt in big machine, your opinion means nothing, your impact is zero, your ceiling is preset when you are hired.
Salary will be always below the market, the company prefers to underpay and allow higher-qualified employees to leave.

I worked at Luxoft part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great job experience especially for sales that dealt with patients. Health care and marketing all at the same time.

    Cons

Had to push for more formal training to increase percentages, always asked to work full days alone (doing practically the job of 2-3 people all at once)

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen! Make compensation and commission consistent!

    Pros

Great people to work with. You do not work for anybody, you work with everybody.
Good balanced work effort during the month. Flexible working time.
Excellent support from Program Managers, Project Managers and Team Leaders.
