Current Employee – been working at Lynn University part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Great community, holiday/ school schedule is a perk. Generally easy to work with staff, very understanding employers

Cons – For part time positions, and work study, there is not room for pay increase since it is a university, all student workers rceive the same salary depending on year of study. Does not seem to be much room for career growth for part time employees.

Advice to Senior Management – Not listening to feedback from those that deal with students on a day to day basis
