    Relaxed environment but in a difficult industry

    Cons

    Difficult very competitive industry, hard to differentiate from competitors

    Pros

    I loved the 3 weeks holidays and not having to go in the office all the time. I also love the training which is continuous!

    Cons

    Very poor management. No longevity and high turnover. The methodology changes yearly. Also, certain managers like to fire customers and give them ultimatums while charging premium prices. Not exactly a way to keep customers. No loyalty!

    Advice to Management

    It's easier to keep a customer than to keep giving them ultimatums. Stop treating them like crap and give them a real reason to pay more. Customer service is the key, not being pushy and constantly changing prices.
